When Nancy and Julie Get Together...

Julie and I (Nancy) don't get to see each other very often.  Sounds crazy, I know, but we work from two different states!  Julie runs our business from Arkansas, and I run the website from the Chicago area in Illinois!

People always ask how we met, and that's totally a God thing.  We met online!  I was just starting the business and needed a numbers person, and Julie was working for several businesses as a virtual secretary and came highly recommended.

The rest, as they say, is history!

A couple of weeks ago I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at R&T headquarters in Arkansas with Julie and her step daughter, Tanesha, who is by now an essential component of Roses and Teacups customer service as well as pretty much all other aspects of the business!

When Julie and I are together in person, creative ideas fly and laughter flows.  Sooo much fun!  Of course we chat online every day, but there's just something about face to face that makes magic.

When something new and exciting happens at Roses and Teacups, it's most likely the result of two heads being better than one, for sure!

Oh, Julie's the southern belle on the left, and I'm the pale faced Yankee on the right.  LOL

We've been through a LOT together over 11 years, and have shared in each other's joys and sorrows, as well.

It's a special, special friendship, and it's why Roses and Teacups thrives!
