Reclaimed Up-cycled Glass Amethyst Cage Necklace

Our Amethyst, from early 1900's medicine bottles are absolutely AMAZING!  Beautiful pale lavender glass originally made clear, but after years in the sun turns purple in the sunlight.  These are fun to watch them instantly change colors as inside away from the sun they are a pale blue but once sun hits them they instantly turn an amazing lavender color. A light and airy way to wear a little bit of American history! A petite 1/2" silver tone cage holds a few nuggets of beautiful antique glass bottles reclaimed from wooded environments, hammered and fired for gloss and smoothness. Cage is silver plated steel.
