I gave these to my mother this past weekend and she absolutely LOVED them!!! She couldn't wait to show the "ladies". Part of quilt group, book group and choir. Earlier in the month, I had ordered a single tea cup/pot combination, in the shape of a snowman.  The first one that came was broken; so I emailed you to ask for your help.  Within just a few days, I had a new one – in perfect condition.  It was a Christmas gift, so I had been very concerned that I might not be able to get another one.  You took care of that for me!  I wanted to thank you for the way you handled that situation.  You were quick to replace it – no questions asked.  The teapot was given as a gift, and LOVED!!!!!

Thank you Julie. I did get the shipping notice, about an hour ago. Almost 10-15mins after I posted the email on your website and I thought to myself, wow they are working late. Then I get this email from you and you really are working late.

Cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of your efforts on this. Thank you!

The tables are going to look beautiful. I have burgundy tablecloths with white toppers and I am going to alternate the napkins burgundy and white. I am putting gold doilies under the dishes to enhance the fine gold band around the dishes. The party theme is angels and I didn't want it to look too ornate and yet I wanted a warm sort of rich look to the tables. Of course the decorations on and around the 3-tier servers will be angels. The hostess is going to have each guest relate a real life angel experience they have had during their life (I should tell them about my angels at Roses and Teacups that saved the day for the tea party).

I had a meeting, this morning, with some ladies that want to do a baby shower tea party. If I get the party, I will be ordering more items from you. They don't want all pink, it is going to be a girl, they want colors that are in the invitation. Hmmm try to match it...well I saw some tea cups/saucers on your website, this evening, that I think will be perfect. It is the discounted ones, 3 slightly different rose patterns. I won't know until after November 21st if I have the party so I will have to order quickly because their party is going to be December 19th. They called me AFTER they sent out all the invitations!!

I just wanted to thank everyone at Roses And Teacups for the wonderful, beautiful tea totes.  All three have arrived and been sent on to the desired destination.  The tea totes are for my sister in Portland, OR, who goes frequently to a nearby hotel that serves an Afternoon Tea.  She has been carrying her tea cup to the Tea in a box.  She is going to be thrilled to have a beautiful tote bag to use instead of some less-than-beautiful box!  The extra bags are for her guests that join her occasionally.  May I please send a thank-you note to Miss Nanette for the excellent workmanship she did on the totes?
